Video Line Driver
For driving multiple video cables, the suitable component is LT1206 because it has low output impedance, 60MHz bandwidth and 250mA output current capability. But don’t forget about unterminated line effect when driving multiple cables. A crosstalk to other lines caused by a reflected wave is propagate back to the driver because the driver output is non zero impedance. Here is the schematic diagram:
In this circuit the LT1206 connected as a distribution amplifier. Each line is separately terminated to minimize the effect of reflection. To build this circuit we must must consider about phase performance and differential gain. It will useful if the signal is video composite.
